Our family loves your product. First, there is so much less maintenance with your system than normal chlorine systems. Secondly, the Copper Ionization System doesn't affect your eyes as bad as a chlorine system does. Thirdly, our skin comes out feeling cleaner than if we were to swim in a chlorinated pool. Because our ECOsmarte uses copper instead of chlorine I can swim without my allergies becoming bothersome. Most pool systems use chlorine or other types of chemicals to treat the water. However, when I swim in a chlorine pool, my nose drips, I'm sneezing, and usually my skin is very itchy and red. We have friends who installed the ECOsmarte, and boy! What a difference it made in the quality of their pool water! I no longer had to take a Kleenex box with me poolside. I have really enjoyed having the system. It sure is nice not to have to worry about chemicals! I stopped by the pool store today and overheard several customers talking about how much work they had to do in order to get their water right for swimming. This letter is to express our pleasure with the ECOsmarte Spa system that was installed on our hot tub a few weeks ago. Since the installation, we have not had to use any bromine and the water has been crystal clear. Per our conversation this evening: I bought an ECOsmarte whole house POE system, and pool system with hydroxite and CO2 from your dealer in October 1999. My neighbors, friends, family and I are very pleased to be able to swim in a chlorine free pool. Friends have commented, and I have noticed, that somehow, the pool water feels "soft". Not like water softened that produces a slick feel. But more like a gentle, enveloping light touch. I was also surprised at how much chlorine is removed by the whole house system. One night I was up very late and filter had begun its backwash while I was cleaning my contact lenses. The fumes and odor for the chlorinated city water were so powerful that I stepped back from the sink. Needless to say, I don't bathe, wash, brush teeth, clean contacts anymore during the backwash cycle.

We just LOVE your system for our pool! We have a fairly new liner and it is staying the pretty color that it is and not bleaching out from chemicals. I am writing this letter to you to brag on the performance of one of your dealers. I don't want to write a super long letter, but I felt the need to tell you some details for your understanding.

My family and I moved from Chicago to Tucson 9 years ago. Shortly after we arrived we were greatly amazed at the difference of culture and now after 9 years we have come to the awareness that businesses here in Tucson move at a much slower pace and are for the most part unreliable when it comes to scheduling things. I want to personally congratulate you on your great products. I live in Minnesota and we bought a home with a 30-yr old Baker concrete in-ground pool in 1991. I had never had a pool before so I had a lot to learn about maintenance. The pool had always been treated with chlorine. After the first year I switched to Bacquacil products on the advice of my eye doctor. He felt I was having reactions to the chlorine. The Bacquacil was better but very expensive. After a couple of years I jokingly asked my pool supply company if they had direct deposit so I could just have my paycheck sent to them. Luckily, I received a brochure from your company 3 years ago. Naturally, I was quite skeptical at first, this had all the appearance of a gimmick that was too good to be true. Well, I'm now convinced you make the best pool products available. Last year my only cost was for some inexpensive acid from K-mart and soda products from the grocery store.

Before I found out about the ECOsmarte chlorine and bromine chemical-free hot tub system, I suffered from a skin rash caused from the chemicals in our hot tub. I slowed my use of the hot tub to once per week, but still suffered with the rash. One day we stopped at a store that advertised a chemical-free system on the store windows. After learning how the system works, we not only purchased the ECOsmarte system, but a new hot tub to go with the system. Here are some of those details and a photo of four of our grandchildren enjoying our "Chlorine Free" pool. Just about one year ago we installed a pool. Prior to that (almost 3 months), we had heard about ECOsmarte from a friend who was enjoying a "Chlorine Free" pool without resorting to Chlorine to keep the water "bacteria free." After reading and hearing about the benefits of your system, we had it installed in our new pool. Immediately, my grandchildren remarked about not having "burning" eyes as when swimming in a conventional Chlorine pool.

I called you a few weeks ago about a question I had with my copper test kit. Thanks for the help. It seems every time I'm stuck, I call you guys and I get the information I need to resolve any issues I have. Thanks.

For your information, I have had the ECOsmarte Pool System now for three summer seasons. I live in Maine where the summers are short, so it is very important to have the pool up and going fast. Your system sure makes it easy and quick to get started. This is what I had to do this spring to get started:

#1 Vacuum the pool, by-passing the filter (I have a DE filter so I just open the discharge valve and vacuum the pool).

#2 Place the DE in the filter.

#3 Test for pH and Copper (here in Maine, the rainwater has a low pH, it tested at 6.8).

#4 Start the ECOsmarte Pool System on Ionization for a few days to get the copper up and by then, the water was clear and ready for swimming.

That is FANTASTIC, you know, I have not used any chemicals in over two years NONE, no pH adjuster, no chlorine, no shock, NOTHING. This system is quickly paying for itself and the quality of the water is great!
